What is included in my ticket?
Thanks for joining us for this year’s Tech Fair! Aside from an amazing experience, there are three different ticket categories, each with its own unique features. Attendee Ticket holders receive a pass to the two-day event, attendance at Tech Fair official evening events, and access to the Tech Fair official networking app. Investor Ticket holders in addition to all of the above, also receive access to the matchmaking function within the app, access to attending startup information, and access to some VIP events. Finally, Corporate Ticket holders in addition to all of the above, also receive access to curated startup innovation tours.

Where and when can I pick up my badge?
Our Registration Team will be waiting to welcome you on the morning of the 15th to collect your badges for Tech Fair. See you there!

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes! You can make changes to your ticket and make ticket assignments via the Tech Fair online portal.

If I can’t make it can my ticket be refunded?
Unfortunately no, tickets cannot be refunded but trust us, you don’t want to miss this.

What can I do in the online portal?
Everything! Use our online portal to help you get the most out of Tech Fair: book private sessions, manage your daily schedule, set meetings, assign tickets, use the matchmaking tool, and much more!

What is the matchmaking tool and how can I access it?
Our matchmaking tool is brand new this year and is only available to Investor and Corporate Ticket holders. You can find it in the official Tech Fair app and use it to get curated suggestions of the startups that best match your needs.

How do I get to the venue?
Arena Berlin is conveniently situated in between S-Bahn station Treptower Park (S8, S9, S41, S42, S85) and U-Bahn station Schlesisches Tor (U1) and both are approximately a 10 minute walk from Arena. From Treptower Park: upon exiting the train station walk straight down Martin-Hoffmann-Str. until you reach Eichenstr. From Schlesisches Tor: upon exiting the train, walk down Schlesisches str., crossing the canal until it becomes Pusckinallee. Make a left on Eichenstr. and you have arrived. See you there!

Where can I charge my phone?
Batteries dying? We’ve got you covered. There are a number of charging stations situated around the Tech Fair!

What is the situation with food and drinks?
Refueling is crucial. That’s why we have some of Berlin’s best food trucks on site and available throughout the day to help keep you satisfied and at the top of your game.

Where can I find the program of events for the day?
The program will be announced 1 month before the event and can be viewed on our website and in the Tech Fair online portal. In the meantime you can check more information regarding speakers, attendees, startups, and formats HERE.

What I have bought more than one ticket?
Please use the ‘Manage tickets’ feature available from the ‘Account’ section in My Tech Fair Portal to assign your extra tickets to your guests. When assigned, your guests will receive a welcome email. Please note, unless you assign your tickets via the portal, your guests will not be able to enter the CUBE Tech Fair.
